Shri P.S. Sadavarte, Advocate for the respondent Nos.2 to 6 states that common award was passed by the Special Tribunal which was challenged before this Court in five different appeals and four appeals filed by brothers of the appellant i.e. First Appeal Nos.193/1998, 194/1998, 195/1998 and 196/1998 are dismissed by this Court by the common judgment dated 29-04-2015. Considering the conduct of the appellant and the above fact, in my view, there is no point in keeping the appeal pending.

The appeal is dismissed. The parties to bear their own costs.
