Heard.

The applicants seek pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with crime registered against them for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379, 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 447, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the investigating agency, the accused (including the applicants) assaulted the auction purchaser of field (father and son) staking claim regarding possession over the agricultural field. The coaccused - Mandakini, Madhao, Bhanudas, Gulab, Pravin, Anil, Amol, Mukul and Dinkar are released on bail. The incident is of 20th June, 2015. The investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed. Nothing adverse is reported against the applicants

2 ABA424.17 during the intervening period. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of applicants is required for investigation.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.118/2015 registered by the non-applicant, the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the applicant.

The application is allowed in the above terms.
