Prayer is to restore the writ petition as its registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. The application is supported by affidavit of the counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The order refusing registration stands revoked. The petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within the period of three weeks from today. Objections, if any, be removed within a period of three weeks from today.

If aforesaid directions are not complied with, the earlier order refusing registration shall revive. M.C.A. is allowed and disposed of.
