First Appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 9.8.2018. For the reasons mentioned in the application, and as the appeal is already dismissed, the respondents - original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount which is deposited by the Insurance Company.

The amount be disbursed to the respondents - original claimants on due verification and identification.
