DATED : 28-07-2025 After hearing the parties at length, when this Court was not inclined with the submissions of the learned Advocate for the appellant that the mandate was terminated and proceedings were not terminated, however, on instructions, of the Power of Attorney Holder of the appellant, who is present in the Court, learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal with liberty to challenge the order dated 21-06-2024 passed by the learned Arbitrator. 2.

His statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the statement, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, as permissible in accordance with law.
