According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it has interest in the property owned by the respondent Nos.4 and 5 pursuant to an equitable mortgage entered into in its favour. The aforesaid mortgage was created on 30.03.2012 and the same is stated to be registered with the Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India. Despite that it is submitted that the very same property has now been attached by an order dated 22.10.2014 at the behest of respondent No.2.
