Heard Shri Manish Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicant and Smt. M.P. Munshi, learned counsel for the non-applicant.

(2) This is an application filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator.

(3) During the submission, Shri Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant suggested the name of Shri Justice R.K. Deshpande (Retired) as a sole Arbitrator in the matter. (4) Smt. M.P. Monshi, learned counsel appearing for the Western Coalfields Limited, has no objection for appointment of the arbitrator.

(5) Shri Justice R.K. Deshpande (Retired) is hereby appointed as a sole Arbitrator in respect of dispute in

(6) The parties agreed to appear before the appointed Arbitrator on 01.02.2021 by giving proper intimation to the Arbitrator.

(7) In that view of the matter, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

(8) Registry is directed to intimate this order to Shri Justice R.K. Deshpande (Retired).
