This application is taken out for relaxation of condition (c) impugned vide order dated 15.10.2018 whereby the applicant is released on bail.

Perusal of the order impugned shows that the applicant was absconding, and therefore, the trial proceeded against the rest of the accused. In due course, the police filed supplementary charge-sheet after the applicant was taken into custody.

The condition that the applicant shall attend the Ambazari Police Station, Nagpur twice a month, is imposed with certain purpose.

4.

The application seeking relaxation, is without substance, and is rejected.
