The present application is filed for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 on record. By this application, it is pointed out that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the daughters of deceased respondent No.1 and Sattarsha Dilbarsha is son of appellant No.1 are already on record.

In view thereof, it will be necessary to bring remaining legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. The application is filed for newly added respondents. There is no impediment in allowing the application. The application is allowed.

Learned Counsel for appellants to carry out necessary amendment within one week.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added legal representatives of respondent No.1.
