DATED : 15/02/2023 The prayers in the writ petition read thus:- "A) To issue the Writ of Mandamus or appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents to release the salary for the period from 12-04-2018 to 16-08-2018 as if the order dated 09-04-2018 [Annexure A] transferring the petitioner to Mahur Depot in Nanded Dvision from Nagpur Division and relieving order dated 12-042018 was not issued. B) Hold that the petitioner was on duty for the period from 12-04-2018 to 16-08-2018 and recalculate all the consequential benefits and ask the respondents to effect payment to petitioner of recalculated consequential benefits namely gratuity, Provident Fund and others."

The entire foundation of the petition is order dated 17.04.2018 rendered in Writ Petition 2254/2018 whereby, SM Gate
927wp 25.2022.odt according to the petitioner, this Court stayed the transfer order dated 09.04.2018.

According to the petitioner, the order of stay was not complied with and it is on such premise that the present petition is filed seeking the relief, extracted supra. 4.
We note that the petitioner preferred Contempt Petition 158/2018 which the Co-ordinate Bench disposed of vide order dated 17.12.2020.

We further note the joint statement of the learned Counsel, that Writ Petition 2254/2018 is pending. 6.
We see no reason to entertain the present petition. The petitioner has other remedy, which he may explore. 7.
