D. Khamborkar, Advocate for the petitioner. CORAM : B. R. GAVAI AND INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.

DATED : 13 AUGUST, 2015 Heard.

The present petition does not involve any issue pertaining to larger public interest. The issue involves allotment of L.P.G. outlet to a person against a quota reserved for Scheduled Tribe. The contention of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 does not belong to Scheduled Tribe.

Since the petition does not involve any larger issue of public importance, we do not think that the petition should be treated as Public Interest Litigation. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
