Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Police Prosecutor.

In view of the fact that the purchase of liquor as alleged by the prosecution, has been done from the Bar of the applicant in Nagpur district, where there is no prohibition imposed, I am inclined to grant this application. The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to applicant on 1st July, 2016 by this Court is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
