ORDER

(Passed on 09th December, 2023) The parties to the appeal have settled the matter and accordingly singed the Terms of Compromise in Form "N".

Enhanced amount of compensation is decided amicably to be Rs.3,40,000/- between the parties. The appellant no.1 has expired during the pendency of the appeal and his legal heirs i.e. appellant nos. 2, 3 and 4 are already on record.

The amount of compensation shall be deposited by the respondent no.3 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati and the same shall be withdrawn and distributed equally amongst the appellant nos. 2, 3 and 4. The appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
