Prayer is to direct the respondent to decide the application preferred by the petitioner. We do not find any prejudice caused to the petitioner because of the impugned order. Arbitration proceedings are still pending and final orders are not passed. Hence, the said authority namely, Respondent No.4 has to pass appropriate orders after hearing the concerned.

In this situation, without observing anything more, we dispose of the petition. No costs.
