This Application is filed by the Respondent-Employer of the Petitioner in a disposed of Petition for extension of time to the Scrutiny Committee to verify the Caste claim of the original Petitioner. 3.

The learned AGP states that the Scrutiny Committee has already rendered its decision on 30 December 2020 and it is communicated to the original Petitioner as well.
