In the present writ petition, the following prayers are made:- "(i) by an appropriate writ, order and/or direction, direct respondent nos. 3 and 4 to take appropriate action on Vigilance Officer Memorandum OM No.
11013/02/2024 dated 30/07/2024 and Vigilance Complaint No. 40221/2023 dated 26/12/2023 (Annexure E & D)"
(ii) Grant any other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

Considering the prayer Clause (i), we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to treat this petition as a representation of the petitioner and consider the same with the documents filed along with the petition and take a decision on the same as regards to take appropriate action on Vigilance Office Memorandum OM No. 11013/02/2024 dated 30/07/2024 and Vigilance Complaint No. 40221/2023 dated 26/12/2023 within stipulated period .

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with direction to respondent no. 4 to treat this petition as a representation of the petitioner and consider the prayer(s) made in the present petition with the documents filed along with the petition and take a decision within a period of six weeks from today. 4.
The respondent no. 4 to communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of such decision.
