The appellant has deposited the amount as directed by this Court as per the order dated 07/10/2009. Now the appeal has been transferred to the District Court, Chandrapur due to enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction. The amount deposited needs to be transferred to the District Court, Chandrapur. It is submitted that the appeal is still pending. Hence, the order :

The amount of Rs.1,99,602/- along with the interest thereon be transferred to the District Court, Chandrapur. The District Court, Chandrapur is directed to decide about disbursal of that amount while disposing of the first appeal.

The application is disposed of.
