For the reasons stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs.

Civil Application (CAF) No.835 of 2016 Subject to condition of the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within period of eight weeks from today, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. On failure to deposit the said amount within stipulated period, the stay granted would stand vacated automatically
