DATE : 20.10.2015 On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and on a perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, as also the fact that the writ petition is admitted, the relief sought by the applicants in the civil application cannot be granted during the pendency of the writ petition, without considering the case of the applicants/petitioners on merit.

The prayer made in the civil application stands rejected, at this stage. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

NO.1439/2015 By this civil application, the applicants challenge the notices dated 22.6.2015, asking the petitioners to remain present along with the necessary documents in respect of the enquiry. The prayer made in the civil application cannot be granted. The applicants are entitled to defend themselves in the enquiry and also put up their respective cases. The notices asking the applicants to participate in the enquiry cannot be quashed and set aside by allowing the civil application.

The civil application stands rejected.
