Mr. D.P. Thakre, Addl. G.P. For Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. CORAM : B.R. Gavai & Indira K. Jain, JJ.
DATED : July 17, 2015.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw writ petition insofar as prayer clause (C) is concerned with liberty to file a petition afresh. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn insofar as prayer clause (C ) is concerned with liberty as prayed for.
The learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his claim in the petition for a limited relief to the effect that in the event any adverse order is passed by respondent no.3, the same shall not be given effect to for some period so that the petitioners can take recourse to the remedy available in law.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of. It is directed that in the event any adverse order to the interest of the petitioners is passed by respondent no.3, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of three weeks from the date of the said order.
