This matter is registered as suo motu on its own motion for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the non-applicant Rajendra Khushalrao Langote. 2.

On 20th July, 2018, this Court had issued certain directions which read thus:

"6. The Principal Secretary, Department of Cooperation, Registration and Textile is directed to ensure that enquiry as directed by order dated 8th March, 2017 against M.R.Kakade and K.S.Balinge is completed and the action report is submitted before this Court till 2nd November, 2018. The Principal Secretary is further directed to initiate disciplinary action against the Registrar, Co-operative Societies Maharashtra State, Pune, who is responsible for the SKNair

72-appln-29-17.odt lapse for not initiating enquiry against M.R.Kakade and K.S.Balinge as per the directions issued by communication dated 8th March, 2017. The Principal Secretary shall file an affidavit pointing out the action taken against the Registrar, Co-operative Societies Maharashtra State, Pune. This affidavit shall be filed before this Court till 3rd August, 2018."

However, during the pendency of the present proceeding, the non-applicant died on 8th September, 2018.

As far as other directions in respect of holding of inquiry against two employees namely M.R.Kakade and K.S.Balinge, it is informed that inquiry is completed and disciplinary action has already been initiated against them.
