This is an application for condonation of 1904 days caused in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur Bench Nagpur.

Learned Advocate for the respondent submits that in the facts and circumstances, the Court may pass an appropriate order.

On going through the application, I am satisfied that reasons are sufficient to explain the delay.
