By the order impugned, the learned Family Court, Bhandara has rejected the application filed by the petitioner/husband to direct the respondent/wife to sign requisite documents for issuance of School Leaving Certificates of their children.

The respondent in her affidavit in reply filed to the petition has stated as under :- "6.

It is submitted that the signature of the respondent mother required for the Schooling of the children can very well be directed as this respondent would never come in the way of study of her children and therefor she is ready to make/give signature on the requisite form." iii.

In view of the above statement which is accepted as undertaking to this Court, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such. (N.R. Borkar, J. ) Deshmukh
