Heard Shri V.N. Patre, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri A.Y. Kapgate, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4 - Zilla Parishad. 2.
Perused the corrigendum issued on 15.04.2017. In view of this, we find that the course adopted in the order dated 07.09.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3457 of 2018 and other connected matters, can also be followed here. 3.
Accordingly, the petitioners can file appropriate representation/ appeal with the Divisional Commissioner at Nagpur, within a period of 10 days from today. If such representation / appeal is filed, the Divisional Commissioner shall attempt to take appropriate decision upon it within a further period of four weeks.

With these directions, writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
