This application seeks suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the trial the appellant was on bail, his sentence has also been suspended by the learned Special Court on the day of judgment and the fine amount has been paid, considering which, the sentence imposed by the impugned judgment is hereby suspended and the appellant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two solvent sureties in like amount. 2.
The Criminal application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
