The petitioner seeks leave to add his brother as respondent no.3 in the writ petition. The said brother has also filed Civil Application No.270/2022 seeking similar relief.

In view of aforesaid and as the prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, Civil Application (W) No.1576/2021 is allowed. Amendment be carried out accordingly. The civil application is disposed of.

In view of this order, the prayer made in Civil Application (W) No.270/2022 does not survive. It is disposed of as such. W RIT PETITION NO.3139/2021 After the amendment is carried out issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable in two weeks.

Shri Shubhanshu S. Joshi, learned counsel waives notice for newly added respondent and seeks time to file reply. Stand over two weeks.
