Heard Shri U.P.Dable, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri C.A.Lokhande, learned A.P.P. and Shri A.J.Thakkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 8.

This is an application for condonation of 74 days delay caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 05/02/2019 passed in Sessions Trial No.13/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola, acquitting the respondents of the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

For the grounds mentioned in the application, since the delay caused is found satisfactorily explained, same is condoned. The
