The present application is filed for modification of order dated 25/04/2022 in First Appeal filed being judgment and award passed by learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.152/2017. In the order, it appears that LAC No.373/2016 is wrongly recorded. Admittedly, appeal is filed against the matter in LAC No.152/2017.

The application is allowed.

The mention of LAC No.373/2016 in clause-1 of order in Civil Application No.954 of 2022 be substituted by LAC No.152/2017.

Application is disposed of accordingly.

In view of this error in the order, time granted is further extended by three weeks.
