Date : 1 st July, 2016 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. On going through the contents of both these applications, this Court is satisfied that a case is made out condonation of delay in filing the restoration application and also for restoration of the second appeal.

Hence, both these applications are allowed. The delay in filing the restoration application is condoned and Second Appeal No.41 of 2014 is restored along with all orders operating therein. The paper-book be filed within a period of six months from today.
