13.12.2023 It appears that the matter was referred to mediation and has been amicably settled before the Mediator. The terms of settlement have been filed, which are signed by the parties, their counsel and the Mediator as well. The terms of settlement are marked as Article "X" for identification. Counsel for the applicant made a grievance that the non applicants have not vacated the Government quarter allotted to the applicant in terms of compromise clause (iii). If that be so, the applicant is at liberty to file execution proceedings in terms of settlement arrived at by and between the parties.
