This is an application for speaking to minutes filed on behalf of the appellant.

It is pointed out that while granting relief on the principle of parity to the appellant by directing grant of compensation at the rate of Rs.2,05,000/- per Hectare, in the operative portion of the order, inadvertently, the Rs.2,05,00/- per hectare has been mentioned. This is obviously a typographical error.

Therefore, the order dated 08.02.2018 is corrected to record that in the operative order, the figure "Rs.2,05,00/- per hectare" shall read as "Rs.2,05,000/- per hectare". All the other terms of the order remain unchanged.

Accordingly, the civil application stands disposed of. JUDGE APTE
