OCTOBER 10, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

2) By this petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10/05/2024 passed by respondent No.2 Deputy Commissioner (Supply), whereby the appeal filed by the respondent No.4 came to be allowed. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3) I have perused the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), and after going through the same, it reveals that the Commissioner had not given an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and therefore, on this ground alone, the impugned order is liable to be set aside.

4) Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed. The order dated 10/05/2024 passed by respondent No.2 Deputy Commissioner (Supply) is hereby set aside.
