DATED : 14-09-2021 This application is moved seeking modification of the order dated 18-8-2021 which, inter alia, imposes certain conditions subject to which the notice is issued. One condition is that amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) be deposited by husband Rupesh Krushnarao Thombre in this Court on or before 15-9-2021. The other condition is that the husband continues to pay Rs. 6,000/- per month to the wife and the child from August, 2021 onwards. It is clarified that if the amount is not deposited on or before 15-9-2021, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.

The order of which modification is sought was passed after hearing the parties. In any event, I see no reason to modify the order and to accept the prayer of the husband that instead of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs), he may be permitted to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac). I note that according to the wife, the amount which the husband was in arrears, up to July, 2021 is Rs. 4,14,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs Fourteen Thousand).

The application is dismissed.
