During the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner No.1 has expired. The learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record a pursis to that effect.

Insofar as the petitioner No.2 is concerned, it is seen that he is stated to be a resident of Mehsana, Gujarat. His admit card which is at Page 41 of the record indicates that he had appeared for the Computer Based Examination from Ahmedabad. In that view of the matter, this Court would not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition at the behest of the petitioner No.2. 3.

The writ petition is thus disposed of as not entertained. 4.

The challenge as raised by the petitioner No.2 is kept open for being raised before the appropriate forum.
