By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.2-Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chandrapur, to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.3.2016, to make a re-enquiry against the erstwhile President of the society.

We are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and direct the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies to decide the representation for holding a fresh enquiry against the erstwhile President. The erstwhile President is not joined as a party to this petition. Already, an enquiry is conducted by the Assistant Registrar against the erstwhile President and the liability is fastened on him. It would not be for this Court to entertain the matter on behalf of the Society seeking a direction on the representation by which, further

05.07.wp.3773.16 action against the erstwhile President is sought. It appears that the present Managing Committee of the Society must not be on good terms with the erstwhile President and hence this Writ Petition is filed.

For the reasons aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
