By this application, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant - VIDC is seeking stay of the order dated 28.04.2017 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha, in LAC No.17/2010, enhancing the compensation claimed by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that the cheques for the entire amount to be deposited in this Court are ready and stay may be granted.
