Admittedly, against the notice issued by the Tahsildar, Hinganghat, dated 26/02/2024 in respect of the alleged encroachment, the civil suit filed by the petitioners is pending.

This petition is filed challenging the notice issued by the Naib Tahsildar, Hinganghat dated 20/05/2024 in relation to the very same alleged encroachment. As the civil suit is pending in relation to the alleged encroachment, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The writ petition is dismissed. It would be open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in the civil suit. No order as to costs. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) Wadkar
