Civil Application is filed by the original respondent nos. 1 and 2 in Writ Petition No.258/2014, decided by this Court with other connected matters on 13.04.2018. Clarification is sought on the meaning of or scope of exercise to be undertaken in the light of the directions contained in paragraph nos. 63, 64, 65 and

Order 1506caw1290.18 66 of said judgment.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 5 to 140 in Writ Petition submits that he as of now does not wish to address the court on the request made by respondent nos. 1 and 2, as the Special Leave Petition moved by these respondents is likely to be listed on 02.07.2018.

Learned Counsel for original petitioners claims that the application as filed is mischievous and abuse of process of law.

After having heard the respective counsel at some length, we find that the observations and directions in the judgment are very clear and does not require any clarification. Civil Application is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
