DATE : June 20, 2018 The applicants pray that the delay caused in filing the Second Appeal be condoned. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the application.

Reply has been filed on behalf of the nonapplicants opposing the aforesaid application. It is stated that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient for condoning the delay and the application deserves to be rejected.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties I do not find that the delay has been deliberately caused in filing the Second Appeal. The reasons mentioned appear to be acceptable. Hence the application is allowed by condoning the delay.

Civil Application is disposed of.
