Heard Mr. S. Rajurkar holding for Mr. A. Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners challenge the order dated 31.05.2017 passed by the respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur and the order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Appeal No.1745 of 2017 by the respondent No.1 - the State Information Commission, Nagpur.

Without going into the factual aspects of the matter, since the petitioners have challenged the show cause notice dated 22.09.2017 issued by the State Information Commission, it is expected that they will submit a reply in those proceedings as ordered by the State Information Commission. As this petition is directed against the show cause notice/order, I am not inclined to entertain it at this stage. Hence, the petition is dismissed.

The petitioners shall submit their reply to the show cause notice, and thereafter, the State Information Commission shall pass an appropriate order after considering the reply.

The ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide its order dated 18.01.2019 shall continue until the State Information Commission decides the matter on its own merits.
