By this Civil Application, the applicant/ respondent to the petition, seeks a direction to the petitioners to permit the applicant to join the services. The applicant also seeks a direction against the petitioners to pay the back wages. The Application should not have been filed by the respondent-applicant. This Court had granted interim stay to the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on 27th June, 2012. The Rule was issued in the matter on 9th August, 2012 and the ad-interim order continued as the rule on stay was made returnable on 17th September, 2012. On 17th September 2012 this Court had, after hearing the parties including the present applicant, directed the continuation of the
