Crime No. 110/2017 is registered against the applicant and 8 others for offence punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 452 of Indian Penal Code.
On the complaint lodged by Nadimoddin Qutbuddin, crime no. 111/2017 is registered against 9 persons of Nadimoddin's group for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.
Nadimoddin (against whom crime no.
110/2017 is registered) is nephew of applicant no. 1 (Burhanoddin) and cousin brother of applicant no. 2 and
3. The facts on record show that the quarrel triggered on some trivial issue and perhaps, because of some old grievance between two families, because of failure of marriage of girl from Nadimoddin's family married to a
2 ABA429.7.2017 boy in the family of present applicants.
The learned advocate for the applicants has submitted that the accused in crime no. 111/2017 are released on bail as per the order passed by the Sessions Court. It is, further, submitted that this Court has granted protection to the applicants by the order passed on 21st June, 2017 and nothing adverse is reported against the applicants.
Considering the facts of the case, the order passed by this Court on 21st June, 2017 granting protection to the applicants is confirmed.
The application is allowed accordingly.
