The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present application initially filed by another counsel, and on going through the application, he found that some essential facts are not mentioned in the application. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh application. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
