By this application, it is prayed that the name of the applicant be brought on record in place of the deceased respondent. According to the applicant, the sole respondent had executed a will dated 11-6-2013 in favour of the applicant and hence, the applicant is entitled to continue the proceedings. Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The name of the applicant be permitted to be brought on record in place of the deceased respondent. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the correctness or genuineness of the will dated 11-6-2013 and this application is allowed only for prosecuting the present appeal. Objections, if any, to the validity of the will are kept open.
