DATE : September 16, 2016 By order dated 29/05/2015 the petitioners were directed to deposit 50% of the amount as mentioned in the Recovery Certificate on the basis of which the respondent Nos.1 to 3 were directed not to take any coercive steps. By this Civil Application the petitioners pray that they be permitted to sell the mortgaged property.

The prayer to sell the mortgaged property application can be considered when the writ petition is heard on merits. There is no reason to modify the conditional order dated 29/05/2015. By keeping all points raised in the application open, the same is disposed of.
