Learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 submits that name of legal heir of respondent No.1 i.e. respondent No.1(a) Chitra Yuvraj Ugle is not correctly mentioned in cause title, it has to be corrected as "Chitra Yogiraj Ugle".

Application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to carry out the amendment forthwith.
