Delay of 79 days is sought to be condoned to deposit the amount of compensation. The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant states that the amount of compensation will be deposited by tomorrow. 2] The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5 has no objection if delay is condoned.
