Perused the reply It is seen from the reply that permission to discharge the applicants has been sought and it is awaited. But, what has been pleaded is that no incriminating material has been found during the course of the investigation so far as the present applicants are concerned, Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. It is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/-. Judge /TA/
