The present application is filed by respondent nos. 1 and 2/applicants for withdrawal of amount.

The First Appeal No. 1200/2019 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04/10/2019. There is no appeal preferred against this order till today. Hence, there is no impediment in granting the present application.

It is informed that the appellants have deposited an amount of Rs. 11,81,814/- vide CCDR No. 819 dated 17/09/2019. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants prays for disbursement of the said amount along with accrued interest in favour of respondent nos. 1 and 2 equally, as they are holding separate account.

In view thereof, the application is allowed in above terms.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the bank accounts of applicant nos. 1 and 2 separately on verification of bank details.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
