2] In the aforesaid backdrop, Respondent No.1(a) is seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited along with accrued interest on behalf of all the Respondents. 3] It is claimed that Respondent No.1(a) is authorized to withdraw the amount on behalf of all the Respondents i.e. Respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(d).

Ofce is directed to process the request of Respondent No.1(a) for withdrawal of the amount for himself and on behalf of rest of the Respondents, provided authority of Respondent No.1(a) for withdrawal of the amount is in tune with the procedure and in accordance with law.
